Day 1
Day 1: Osh — Sary-Mogol
A morning departure from Osh to Sary-Mogol through the scenic Alay mountains and valley. Optional detour to visit the Kolduk lake – a beautiful mountain lake, located to the east of Kolduk village. Arrival in Sary-Mogol and enjoying your lunch before departing for Tulpar-Kol Lake (a 1-hour drive). You are welcome to walk around the lakes before dinner and spend the night at the yurt camp.
Day 2
Tulpar Kol Lake – Travel pass –Tulpar Kol (6-7 hours walking)
Enjoy your filling breakfast and get some energy before driving to the Tulpar Kol yurt camp (1 hour of drive). Leave your heavy bags before heading to the Traveler’s Pass. Embrace the majesty of the panoramic view of Lenin Peak. Replenish your battery with lunch before taking the same route back to your yurt for an overnight.
Day 3
Tulpar-Kol – Bouke yurt camp. (5-6h walking)
Prepare yourself for another day of epic scenery vibes. Get every calorie from your breakfast as you are conquering the 4000-meter slope. The ascend will reward you with an epic view of 40 lakes and the whole of Alai Valley. Descent through another route that takes you through a prolonged beautiful gorge. Meet a local shepherd waiting for you to greet you with lunch in his yurt. After farewells continue your odyssey through Alai Valley heading to another yurt camp at Bouke. Enjoy your well-deserved rest in yurt.
Day 4
Bouke yurt camp to Sary-Mogol (or straight to Osh).
After breakfast, walk another 20 km of mountain beauty, lush-green pastures, and a free-spirited nomadic lifestyle. A car will be waiting for you at the appointed location to drive you back to Sary-Mogol. Here you decide whether you go back to Osh or spend another night at Sary-Mogol.
